Acrylic lens process flow: 1. Cutting: Use a laser or cutting machine to continue cutting acrylic lenses. Before cutting, calculate the size of the acrylic mirror panel first, so that there is less waste during cutting, the ability is correct, and material waste is avoided. After cutting, according to the shape of the acrylic product, do acrylic lenses require mirror processing. 2. Edge cutting: If the edges of the acrylic plate are rough with cutting or laser solution, the edge should be further cut or polished, and the edge should be cut using a cutting machine. 3. Punching: In a certain process, according to the needs of acrylic products, some acrylic products have small circular holes. This step needs to be solved through punching process or laser direct cutting of graphics. 4. After cutting, carving, and punching, the polished edges are rough and prone to scratching hands. Therefore, the polishing process is adopted, which can also be divided into frame polishing, cloth wheel polishing, and fire polishing. The opposite polishing form should be selected based on the produced product. 5. The process of tearing protective paper involves screen printing and hot bending, so the acrylic board will have a layer of protective paper after leaving the factory. Before screen printing and hot bending, be sure to remove the sticker under the acrylic board.
Acrylic mirrors have static electricity, which can cause blurring in dusty spaces due to electrostatic adsorption. Precautions for using acrylic: The following methods can be used to solve the problem: 1. Under the action of static electricity, the surface of the acrylic mirror is covered with dust, garbage, and debris. Gently wipe clean with a soft cloth, flannel, and sponge dipped in water. If dust and garbage may contain hard foreign objects, it is recommended to gently wipe them off first. If there is a dust-free cloth or eyewear cloth, the effect is better. 2. For dirt such as oil layers that are difficult to remove, it is recommended to wipe with warm water added with neutral detergent. Because acrylic mirrors can crack after being corroded by solvents, please confirm that neutral detergents do not contain solvents before use. 3. For dirt that is difficult to remove, such as adhesive tape, do not use solvents such as toluene, as it may cause cracking; Do not use a scraper to scrape, as it may cause scratches. Under normal circumstances, wipe with a soft cloth dipped in warm water to remove any remaining adhesive. When the glue is particularly tight, you can apply plastic cleaner to the wiping cloth and gently wipe the surface to remove it.
